1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
1-2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup, Agave, or Monk Fruit Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Plant-Based Milk (Your choice. We love almond the most here.)
Combine everything in a mason jar-style container with a lid. Shake to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, then shake again. Chill overnight. Serve and enjoy cold.
You can even customize the flavors if you want. Add some Dragon Berry Powder or Golden Cocoa for fruity flavor or chocolaty goodness. Garnish with fresh-picked berries or drizzle some nut butter on top when serving.
If you don't like the texture of chia pudding, you can blend or process the seeds and pudding before you refrigerate.
