I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I studied with the world's top health and wellness experts including:
I am also a Licensed Physical Therapist. I graduated from Bowling Green State University in consortium with the Medical College of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in December of 1991. I had the opportunity to practice PT in a variety of settings: hospitals, out-patient, nursing homes, rehabilitation, subacute rehabilitation, and home. This allowed me to work with adults as well as youth with a variety of diagnoses such as surgical, neurological, cardiovascular, orthopedic, respiratory, wounds/burns, and acute & chronic illnesses/diseases.
My education has equipped me with substantial knowledge in the workings of the human body, holistic nutrition, health coaching, prevention & health optimization. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to make lifestyle & nutrition changes and other health-promoting decisions that create genuine & sustainable results. You will grow in your knowledge of lifestyle & food choices that work best for you & your body. In turn, you will improve your vitality, balance, contentment, and overall health & wellness.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired & empowered. We will talk about things beyond diet & nutrition such as the four pillars of life—relationships, career, physical activity & spirituality—seeking to bring balance to your life. I will personally & mindfully guide you to make small simple shifts that transform your life.
