After-Dinner Belly Soothing Tea
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers
- 2 teaspoons dried peppermint leaves
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, lightly crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cut ginger pieces
- 16 ounces of boiling water
- 1 tablespoon organic, raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Combine herbs/spices in a teapot or mug. Pour boiling water over. Cover & steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and sweeten it with honey or maple syrup if desired.
