Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/3 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (plus more to taste)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom 
    • pinch of ground ginger
    • pinch of ground nutmeg 
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla oat milk 
    • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened and all-natural pecan butter(cashew or almond butter work too but not peanut butter)

Directions

    1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. 
    2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    3. Pour into a glass & enjoy
