Ingredients
1/3 cup
unsweetened applesauce

frozen banana
1/3 cup
plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon
maple syrup (plus more to taste)
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
cardamom
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of ground nutmeg

nsweetened

anilla oat milk
1/2 tablespoon
unsweetened and all-natural pecan butter(cashew or almond butter work too but not peanut butter)
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass & enjoy
