Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice(plant-based or dairy)
  • 4 tbsp blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tsp real maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp organic grass-fed yogurt 
***Try to use organic fruit

Directions

  1. Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake it, and off it goes into the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning add a dash of milk, and a sweetener (if you want) and enjoy.
