Cherry Hibiscus Juice

  • 6 cups water 
  • 1 pound frozen dark cherries 
  • ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers 
  • ½ cup honey or to taste

Directions

Instructions

  1. Put the water and frozen cherries in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. 
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  3. Remove the pot from the heat. 
  4. Blend the mixture using an immersion blender. 
  5. Add the dried hibiscus and steep for 30 minutes. 
  6. Strain the liquid in a bowl or a pitcher. 
  7. Add the honey and stir to combine. 
  8. Refrigerate until ready to use. 
  9. Serve with ice.
