Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana(peeled)
  • 1 cup almond milk(or other plant-based milk)
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter(organic)
  • 1 tsp real vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp yogurt(greek style dairy or plant-based)
  • 1-2 Tbsp chia, flax, or hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass & enjoy
