Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 cup cilantro, loosely packed
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: 1 small seeded jalapeno

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processer and blend until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
