Creamy & Healthy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey *
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the water until you get the right consistency. You might need a bit more.

Notes

*To make this recipe vegan use agave nectar instead of honey.

The serving size for this recipe is 2 tablespoons.
