Combine radishes, apple, and spring onion in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl whisk white wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Drizzle dressing on top and toss a couple of times to evenly coat the salad. Marinate for 15-20 minutes. Toss once or twice before serving. Enjoy!
