Grain-Free Granola

Ingredients


▫️1 1/4 cup walnuts + pecans
▫️1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
▫️1/2 cup hulled pepitas + sunflower seeds
▫️1/4 cup chia, hulled hemp, flax + sesame
     seeds
▫️1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes(not         
     shredded)
▫️2 Tbsp organic, cold-pressed coconut oil
     melted(add another tablespoon of using
     honey)
▫️1/3 cup real maple syrup(or organic raw
     honey)
▫️2 tsp vanilla extract
▫️1/4 tsp salt
▫️2 tsp cinnamon
▫️1/2 tsp nutmeg
▫️1/2 cup dried cranberries(or other sugar
     free dried fruit) *optional

Directions


1️⃣Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
2️⃣Add walnuts + pecans to a good processor + pulse a few times to break up.
3️⃣Add in sliced almonds to the food processor + pulse a few more times.
*You don’t want to completely blend the nuts, but you want them finely chopped since they replace the grain in traditional granola.
4️⃣Transfer to a bowl with all other ingredients aside from dried cranberries.
5️⃣Mix well to combine.
6️⃣Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7️⃣Bake for 15 minutes, mix with a spoon + bake an additional 10-20 minutes or until golden brown.  It will continue to crisp as it cools.
8️⃣Remove from the oven, toss in dried cranberries, + let cool completely. Transfer to an airtight container(it stores for up to 2 weeks).
