Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt(organic, pasture-raised)
  •  cup Parmesan, grated(organic, pasture-raised)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • ½ Lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Grainy Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Milk ***(organic, pasture-raised)

Directions

  • In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. If it feels too thick, add a small amount of milk until you get to the right consistency.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
