Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or large flake oats/old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if vegan – more to drizzle when serving if you like it sweet.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional: 1/2 scoop protein powder of choice 
  • optional: a slice of lemon to make it pretty.

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a mason jar or container. Mix together well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
