1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup spinach or kale(washed, off stem & torn into smaller pieces)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond butter
1-2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup liquid(water or plant-based milk)
Ice(optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass & enjoy!
