Mulled Apple Cider

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 3-4 cups water
  • 1 Tablespoon dried ginger
  • 3-4 star anise pods
  • 3 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a soup pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Cover and simmer for one hour.
