Shrimp Tacos

6 tacos
Ingredients
1 pound medium or large wild shrimp, peeled and deveined (frozen or fresh)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. chipotle powder
2 dashes cayenne pepper (optional)
Smoky Spicy Slaw
Guacamole

organic corn or flour tortillas
Directions
Combine the salt and spices and coat the shrimp.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil on medium/high and add shrimp.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Either roast the tortillas in the oven or dry roast them in a frying pan to get the desired texture.
Put 3-4 shrimp into each tortilla and top with Spicy Slaw.
You can also add a dollop of guacamole, salsa, or sour cream.
