Skinny Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Salad:
  • 2 heads of broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 4 pieces of cooked, crispy bacon(organic, pasture-raised, no added sugar, no nitrates), chooped
  • 1/4 cup raisins, organic

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen mayo
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar, organic
  • 1 Tbsp 100% extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp real maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Evenly pour dressing onto the salad & mix to coat the salad with the dressing.
  4. Enjoy!
