almost 2 cups
Ingredients
1/3 cup plantain chips
1/3 cup raw shelled pistachios/hazelnuts/macadamia/Brazil nuts
1/3 cup raw pepitas
1/3 cup raw, unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/3 cup goji berries
1/3 cup raisins/sultanas
optional
1/3 cup dried white/black mulberries
optional
Directions
Put plantain chips in a plastic baggie & press them against the counter with the palm of your hand to break them up.
Add chips to a small bowl
with the rest of the other ingredients & mix with a spoon.
Store in an airtight container.
