Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plantain chips
  • 1/3 cup raw shelled pistachios/hazelnuts/macadamia/Brazil nuts
  • 1/3 cup raw pepitas
  • 1/3 cup raw, unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup raisins/sultanas optional
  • 1/3 cup dried white/black mulberries optional

Directions


  1. Put plantain chips in a plastic baggie & press them against the counter with the palm of your hand to break them up.
  2. Add chips to a small bowl with the rest of the other ingredients & mix with a spoon.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
