Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon real maple syrup

Directions

  1.  In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until combined.
  2.  Form turkey sausage into patties.
  3.  Heat a skillet on medium-high heat, coat the pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and fry the patties until browned on both sides & no longer pink in the center.  This should take about 15 minutes.
