As a Certified Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. During my education, I was exposed to human anatomy & physiology, physical therapy assessment & treatment tools, the most cutting-edge dietary theories, and highly effective coaching techniques. This extensive knowledge will allow me to help you to find the lifestyle & nutrition that works best for you. In turn, you will learn how to improve your overall health which will lead to an improvement in every bodily function. When you improve your overall health, you will look & feel better and create a life you will love to wake up to every day.
Most approaches to healthy eating & lifestyle dwell on specific diets & rules. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
